In today's merchant environment I have managed to discover one business that stands out. Onetile. One of the best surprises that I have encountered recently. Professionalism, courtesy, reliability and among many others: honesty!
Along came the Internet age and everybody is checking everyone else online. So did I and the lack of bad reviews already raised a small red flag in my mind. Not to mention the prices that gave the word "bargain" a new meaning. But let's make a long story short and allow me to say just one more thing: closing a deal with Onetile will probably offer you one of the most rewarding experiences. And keep in mind the task of choosing something as important as the floor tiles without even seeing them live (just think how difficult is for a lady to pick and try a dress, in the store!)
Thanks to Mr. Matteo Durante and his team, his collaborators (carriers included) for their way of conducting their business and the human touch added to this experience.

The perfect experience! Got local offer for tiles we chose, and realized it was too expensive to me. So did research on the web, and found Onetile online shop. Asked for quote, the price was very good. But I was a bit suspicious how the prices could vary that much. Did not believe either that he does not have any negative feedback. Then took the risk and placed the order. All arrived timely, something arrived broken, but the exchange was totally hassle free. Think its kinda included in expensive shipping cost with insurance. I'm more that satisfied! Many thanks!

House renovation in Switzerland
We had embarked in the remodeling of our house in Switzerland and were in great needs of tiles for all kind of purpose. We have found with OneTile an ultra-professional, super responsive, agile and very pleasant company to work with. The choice of tiles was gigantic and the quality of the material quite superior. With a flawless delivery of all the tiles to our house at a very competitive cost, through a transporter, we would recommend OneTile for any serious project of renovation in Switzerland.
Since, in our case, bathrooms are next, there is no doubt we will work again with this very pleasant Italian company. And a special thanks to Matteo Durante, the One Tile collaborator who followed the project from start to finish.

It was a pleasure to deal with Onetile, in particularly with Matteo, when buying the tiles Mirage Signature for my terrace. Dealing with Matteo has been a great experience. My husband and I went to an upscale tile store in Toronto, Canada and found a tile that we both liked but with a price we didnt like and a long delivery time also. I contacted Matteo when we were ready to purchase our tiles and he basically held my hand the entire way. He knew that I was concerned purchasing 5000 square feet of tile from a online site and a person I had never met. He took care of all of my hesitations. The price was less than half of what we were quoted in Toronto, the delivery time was less AND they were delivered right to my door. The packaging was very well done and considering how many boxes of tile we received, only a few were broken in transit-very amazing. He offered to send replacements for the broken ones too. Outstanding service, price and customer service. Highly recommended!

Great service from Matteo. He spent one full day in Milan going through every detail before placing the order and explained the process in detail. Delivery came to us in Dublin, Ireland as per the plan. They were packaged very well, great price and great service! Thanks very much, Matteo!

Vi har købt fliser gennem Onetile, og er meget glade for det færdige resultat. Matteo har ydet super service, både inden, under og som opfølgning efter købet. Hermed de varmeste anbefalinger. På trods af omkostninger til fragt, opnåede vi en stor besparelse i forhold til at købe dem i Danmark.
